Wyoming Carmelites
Monks Monastery

The Wyoming Carmelites roast Mystic Monk Coffee that is the Wyoming Carmelite Coffee.

The Wyoming Carmelites started roasting Carmelite coffee back in 2006 in their monastery.  The Carmelite monks are a Catholic religious group of monks that live in the mountains of Wyoming, pray and roast coffee.

The Wyoming Carmelites are young men who take vows of poverty, chastity and obedience and live a strict life of prayer.  They also chant in Latin using a Carmelite mass and divine office.

These Carmelites are monks rather than friars or hermits since they live in community.  The Wyoming Carmelites roast very good coffee which they drink themselves.
